Adelphi Mill is considered oldest and largest mill in the Washington area. Although, it does not have its water wheel, it does contain some equipment from the old milling days. The Mill, with its rustic stone and pine interior, can be used for weddings, meetings, and other special events. The Mill has kitchen facilities and the capacity is 150.

Long acknowledged as the "Home of Governors" and the cradle of American Thoroughbred racing, Belair Mansion (circa 1745) is the perfect setting for a small wedding or business meeting. Accommodating groups of up to 75 persons, the mansion is available for functions both during the week and on weekends. Belair is conveniently located at the intersection of Rtes. 197 & 450. Belair is equipped with a catering pantry and is handicapped accessible.

The conference center consists of kitchen facilities, three meeting rooms and a 3,600 sq. ft. ballroom. The ballroom alone can accommodate up to 400 people. Cherry Hill Park is open year round and offers 400 camping sites for recreational vehicles and tents, a heated outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, eatery, and a camp store in addition to the conference center.

The Clarice Smith Center is a state-of-the-art facility, large enough to hold seven football fields. This unique performing arts "village" has five outstanding performance halls available for music, drama and dance. It also has meeting rooms, rehearsal rooms and open spaces that are conducive for small and large meetings, group gatherings and receptions.

Darnall's Chance was constructed between 1694 and 1713. This historic facility is available, on a rental basis, for meetings, wedding receptions, and other functions, with a maximum capacity of 100. A kitchen for catered affairs is available.

Initially scheduled for demolition in 1980, the Friends of Dorsey Chapel organized efforts to preserve and restore the church. Dorsey Chapel was ultimately designated a Prince George's County "historic site" by the Historic Preservation Commission. Restoration of the Chapel was undertaken by The Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission in 1994, and the facility was re-dedicated and opened to the public on September 11, 1996. The Chapel is available for rental for small weddings, recitals, and meetings.

The Center is on the grounds of the historic Oxon Hill Manor and was the former carriage and caretaker's house. It was renovated in 1986 and offers two banquet rooms and grounds overlooking the Potomac River with a beautiful panoramic view. It is available for weddings, receptions, family reunions, meetings, workshops and other social gatherings. The Center has a 245-person indoor capacity.

One of the most beautiful settings in Prince George's County, the White Mansion is available for meetings and social functions. Located on nearly 600 acres, the White Mansion is adjacent to the Enterprise Golf Course. Because of its central location, why not hold your meeting at the Mansion and follow it with a round of golf at the Enterprise Golf Course, or attend an event at FedEx Field. The glassed atrium seats up to 360 people theatre style. Maximum indoor capacity is 360.

The present Oxon Hill Manor was built in 1929 by world-renowned diplomat Sumner Wells, who served under President Franklin D. Roosevelt. The neo-Georgian structure, named after the colonial plantation house, was destroyed by fire in 1895. The Mansion is available for weddings, receptions, meetings, and other special events. The Mansion has a 300-person capacity for receptions.

Poplar Hill, completed in 1787, is a five-part Georgian mansion and a registered National Historic Landmark. Peacefully located in rural parkland, it has many original plantation outbuildings and a superb carriage collection. Home to prominent Maryland families, Senators and US ambassadors, the house has retained the charm of its original architectural features, detailed woodwork and plaster. Poplar Hill is an ideal and interesting venue for small, intimate business meetings, conferences or retreats for up to 50 individuals. Catering is available.

Situated inside the Capital Beltway, the Prince George's Ballroom is available to the public for business meetings, receptions, and other similar functions. Driving up to a canopy covered entrance, you walk through the foyer and enter the large, air-conditioned Ballroom. It has a capacity of 270, with a smaller adjoining room which will accommodate a party of 78. One of the most appealing attractions of the Ballroom is that users may bring a caterer of their choice and alcoholic beverages are permitted.

Rosecroft is home to one of Maryland's finest harness racing tracks. The facility is open daily year round from noon to midnight for simulating of North America's premier harness and thoroughbred races. Live harness racing occurs in the fall and spring each year. This historic property may be rented by the public for meetings, receptions, weddings and other functions. Capacity for indoor guest is 60. Also available is a 30' x 60', tented brick patio that is available from April to November. Tented patio and lawn capacity is 120.
